We are looking for startups, scale-ups, and innovative SMEs ready to collaborate with Edison to design together the future of work and transform the way people learn, collaborate, and achieve their goals.

Work side by side with the HR and Innovation teams to apply your solution in a real and challenging environment.

Receive feedback from HR and Innovation experts, gaining access to data, processes, and insights useful to validate and improve your solution.

Co-design and test your technology on a concrete use case, assessing its feasibility and potential impact together with Edison.

The most promising solutions may evolve into extended collaborations or corporate-level adoption projects.

Focus areas

The initiative focuses on two key challenges for the evolution of Human Resources at Edison:

Performance and development: autonomy, feedback, and people growth

How can we make performance a driver of continuous growth, combining empowerment, feedback, and skill development in a data-driven and human-centered way?

We are looking for technological solutions and innovative services that can:

Support the definition and management of individual and team goals, also through an OKR-based approach;

Enable continuous, peer-to-peer, or 360° feedback platforms, providing real-time insights;

Introduce performance monitoring systems based on dynamic and predictive KPIs;

Strengthen soft skills and leadership capabilities through experiential, immersive, or gamified training;

Leverage data to identify growth patterns, areas for improvement, and biases in evaluation processes.

Skills of the future: readiness, mapping, and evolution

How can we anticipate, enhance, and continuously update skills to support the evolution of professions and ensure the continuity of key roles within the company?

We are looking for technological solutions and innovative services that can:

Map technical and transversal skills within the company in a certified and updatable way;

Identify gaps and future trends related to the evolution of professions and business areas;

Promote internal mobility and matching between skills, roles, and development paths;

Support reskilling and upskilling through personalized and adaptive approaches;

Integrate skill management systems with existing HR processes (training, recruiting, succession planning);

Identify engaging and innovative training solutions to support employees in adopting and interacting with new digital tools that leverage generative AI.

  • From 05/11/2025 to 31/01/2026

    Online application

    Startups can submit their solution by filling out the online form, providing a description of their proposal and indicating the thematic area in which it can be applied.

  • From 01/02/2026 to 28/02/2026

    Internal evaluation

    Edison's Innovation and HR teams will review the submitted applications, selecting the proposals that best address HR-related challenges.

  • March 2026

    Pitch Day & Selection

    The selected startups will present their solutions during a Pitch Day. A jury composed of members from the Innovation and HR teams will select the winners of the call for startups.

  • From April 2026

    Launch of the experimentation (PoC)

    The winners will enter the Proof of Concept phase, designing and testing their solution in a controlled environment and on a defined scope, with the goal of assessing its effectiveness and applicability in a real context.
